Darrel Morrison, RN, FNP-BC, CEN

Darrel Morrison is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and advanced practice provider executive. He completed his undergraduate degree in nursing from Texas Tech University and obtained his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Darrel has worked in Emergency Departments for the past 20 years and served in many leadership roles.
Most recently, Darrel served as a system director of advanced practice providers within the Baylor Scott & White health system. While with Baylor Scott & White, Darrel also spearheaded the development of an emergency medicine advanced practice provider internship to help educate advanced practice providers during their transition to Emergency Medicine.
Darrel resides in Allen, Texas with his wife Kimberly and two children, Camille and Myles. He enjoys tennis and volunteering at his children’s schools. He also serves on the board of directors for GivingMore.org, a medical non-profit, which provides medical care, education, and equipment to medically underserved areas of the world.
